We offer a multi-faceted approach to the built environment. This includes the design of the proposed structure to the detailed drawing stage. Services include Project Facilitation and submission of documentation to the local authority. Other value added services on offer include free consultation/assessment, the tender process with proposed Contractors/service providers and also Project Supervision.
Before starting on any project we assess and analyse the building project closely. After considerable scrutiny we will advise you of any challenges in the design or execution of the building. We have a large and varied portfolio, and have worked on many different designs and building projects. Rest assured, if we have not done an architectural design such as you require, we will have done something very similar. All architectural designs are treated individually, and on their own merits and strengths.
The head of Archdesign Inc, Brent Adams, is personally involved in all our projects, from meeting with the client, to concept drawings, plans, and construction monitoring.
Project timelines are part of every proposal and project and we work closely with the successful Contractor/service provider to ensure the project stays on track. Designing and building any construction is a lengthy and intricate task, and is not easy to describe in a few words. Our quotation of costs is fixed, and will not change, unless there are amendments to the work specifications or changes once the Working Drawing stage has been reached. Cost per square metre varies per project. Site visits will be charged per visit at a pre-determined rate.
